III. Visa

The following details are required to apply for a visa into Vietnam:
  1. Passport number
  2. Date of birth
  3. Place of bith
  4. Citizenship
  5. Address of the Vietnamese Consular you wished to obtain the visa
After receiving these details, the visa will be prepared and sent to the requested Vietnamese Consular for you to collect.

IV. Registration

Please send your registration by email or by fax to the organizer. Deadline for registration is 20th July instead of 30th June, 2001.

V. Travelling

Cars of the conference will be available to collect guests from Noi Bai International Airport. In order to enquire the service, please send your arriving flight number along with your date and time of arrival by email or by fax to the organizer.

VI. Accommodation

There are three places available to all guests to provide the most convenience:

  1. Horison Hotel: located at Cat Linh Str, about 2km from the Conference Hall
  2. Kim Lien hotel: located at Dai Co Viet Road, about 300 metres from the Conference Hall
  3. Guesthouse of Hanoi University of Technology: located in the campus, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Conference Hall.
