VI. Contribution and Proceedings

The conference will provide invited lectures (45 minutes including discussion) and contributed presentations (30 minutes including discussion). Each contributor must submit a title and an abstract not to exceed one A4-page. Abstracts should be prepared in Latex format. Some contributions will be selected to be published in a proceedings volume of one of the best publishers.


VII. The Registration Fee

The registration fee is 200 US $ and will be collected at the registration desk on the first day. It will cover the expenses for the lunches, dinners from August 8 - 12, the reception, the conference banquet and material for the conference. Remark: We will arrange a tour to Ha Long Bay (about 140 km from Hanoi) on August 11 - 12 (2 days) but the expenses (about 40 US $) will not be included in the registration fee.


VIII. Transportation

There is bus service from NoiBai international Airport to Hanoi (about 30 km) with the cost of 10 US $ per person.A companying persons of the participants are welcome and a fee of 100 US $ will be charged.


IX. Hotel Reservation

We have the hotel reservations of different categories as 10 USD/day, 20 USD/ day, 21 - 40 USD/day, 41 - 60 USD/day, 61 - 100 USD/day and more than 101 USD/day.
