I’ve found another interesting fact on the AGSVN through an interview between Mr. Xuan Hung Le (LXH) and Mr. Quoc Tuan Mai (MQT), general secretary of the ICCVS.
Translation:
Can you explain to me, how can a member of SF be a member without paying any membership fees? Don’t you remember about Mr. Vinh Dao and Mr. Van Thach Nghiem former president of the ICCVS are insisting us to pay the membership fees to the ICCVS in order to vote at the assambly? Please review Mr. Thach’s opinion on this topic! (Piece of evidence L) It’s ironical, but Mr. Vinh Dao has never paid any membership fee to any local scouting association recognized by the WOSM! Mr. Mai Quoc Tuan also reconizes, that the AGSVN isn't an official member of the Scoutisme Francais!
Just ask Mr. Vinh Dao how does the AGSVN in France be a member of any local association without paying any membership fee at all? Don't forget the AGSVN does benefit all the privilege of a full member of the Scoutisme Francais as for its own rules and uniforms!
