More Details and Info about the SURFIN' SEEKERS

seekers_button.jpg (4361 Byte)The purpose of this list is to get in touch with people all over the world, who are'crazy' about the Seekers' music. We talk / write about our ideas, wishes, dreams, memories and feelings with regard to their music, exchange information available to us about all aspects circling around our 'Fab Four' from Australia and their music, but quite often there are also other topics on the agenda.

Apart from the communication  directed via the list, which then all list members will receive, direct contacts 'behind the chat group' are encouraged and for many of us the icing on the cake. Therefore un updated list of members will be given to our members in regular intervals.

The SURFIN' SEEKERS are an unofficial strictly non-commercial chat group with no official relations or contacts with, neither support from the Seekers and / or their management.

In accordance with the ideas expressed about our list we are interested in friendly relations with other "Seekers friends groups" and people.
We are very proud to be (via the list administrator) in occasional contacts with Graham Simpson, the man who wrote the biography 'Colours of my life' about Judith Durham. This contact is a great privelege for us, especially since he is making it every now and then possible that our list can communicate with the Seekers directly.

The administrator is running/administrating this list to the best of his knowledge and capabilities without any  guarantees, warranties or legal liabilities whatsoever. He is considering himself more as a 'primus interparis' (i.e. first among equal) instead of a "president".

The membership in the SEEKERS CYBER CHAT GROUP is free of charge. There are definitely no commercial
interests whatsoever. The email addresses of the members will not be given to third parties outside the list unless their prior contents.

Anybody who can live with these explanations and is interested in the list, no matter whether he wants to become a 'busy bee' (i.e. someone writing to the list very actively) or a 'quiet fellow' (i.e. someone who prefers just reading what's going on).

The cancellation of the membership in this list is simple by sending an email to the administrator, leaving no liabilities for him.
