Pneumodistructor
is used as a loading device for the treatment of bones fractures by a
skeleton stretching method for the fractures treatment of the different
localization till now.
Pneumodistructor is a pneumatic system providing a device swlf-containment,
costancy of the stretching forces during a rod movement, a possibility to
create the force from up 20 kg. The device is eguipped with the forces
indicator. The device has mass of 300 g, the dimensions - 40...120 mm. In
comparison with the weights traditionally used (weights with the springs)
the suggested device has the following advantages:
- a sharp decrease of laboriousness the treatment (simple by swrvice);
- several Pneumodistructors allow to change the metallic setting loads of
total mass up to 300 kg and more being in the traumatic sugery of
hospitals;
- posses practically a zero responsivenes of the movable parts, it allows
to exclude the displacement of the breakings off during the micromoving of
a sick man, reduces the pain in the zone of the fractures and improves a
reparative process;
no blow at the falling;
- exolusion of the additional areas for the loads and stretching systems
location (a device portability);
- make a zone free for the patient being taken care of.
The
device prototypes produced have clinical investigations.
