Die Shorts
Von 1987 - 1989 gab es schon eine Serie mit den Simpsons. Diese Serie dauerte pro Episode nur ca.2 Minuten und wird heute "Simpsons Shorts" genannt. Die Serie lief auch auf RTL als Pausenfüller. Es gab 48 Folgen. In den Klammer steht wann die Folge zum erstenmal gesendet gesendet wurde.
Die Simpsons von damals kann man fast nicht mit den von heute vergleichen. Jedoch zeichnete sich schon damals ab, dass Homer nicht gerade der klügste ist, so dumm wie heute war er damals aber noch nicht.
