My complete name is Christina Janine - friends call me 'Tina' because Christina makes me feel old. I'm 23 and my birthday is on May 5th (1979). I am living in Wuppertal (50 km from Collogne in Germany) where I was born. I'm still living at my parents because of lack of money. ;-) Since october 10th, I'm a student at the local university. I'm studying english/economics/new german litrature history. I've got an older brother. Daniel Over the past 18 years there were a bunch of guinea pigs living with us, but since the last one (Sammy) died last year in november we're takeing a "time out". But all of them (7 and 2x4 babies - 15 in the whole) were so cute! I've got the sweetest boyfriend on earth. He's 24 and studying mechanical engineering. We knew each other somewhat around 9 years before we became a couple but now it's better than I ever imagined.He plays Cello, and if he does I'm gone! *sigh*
In my leasure time I'm playing Cello, too, in the orchestra of my former school. That's where I first met my friend in 1993. I hate dentists. Everytime I get near one, I'm panicing. I'm not that sportif but I like swimming, tennis and mountain-bikeing (I only did it once before, but I allready love it). Oh and skiing. One of my biggest dreams is to write a novel one day. I started with X-Files and Star Trek Fan Fiction and by now there is an idea forming in my head for something bigger. I also love reading. Without books I would be nothing. My favorite books and novelists are:"Message in a bottle"/"The Notebook" (Nocholas Sparks), "Perfect Harmonie" (Barbara Wood), "Harry Potter 1-3" (J.K.Rowling), "The Horsewhisperer" (Nicholas Evans).
Another big hobby of mine are movies! I'm at the theatre as often as I can (and my budget allows). Some of my favorit movies are:Out of Africa, Pretty Woman, Gladiator, Chaplin, Message in a Bottle, Bridget Jones Diary, Der Schuh des Manitu, Return to Me, Only You, The X-Files: Fight the Future, Bandits, Four Weddings and a funeral, French Kiss, Harry & Sally, Playing God, Playing by Hearts, A beautiful Mind, Barfoot in the park, Some like it hot, Gone with the wind, Dances with wolves, The Bodyguard, Dirty Dancing, She's all that, Inview with a vampire, Vanilla Sky, Jerry Maguire, Meet Joe Black, Forrest Gump, Castaway, Star Wars .... and so on....
