I'm a North of Dodge type of guy So I'm totally going there. I'm going to split Omaha in half, just like episode BAFxB 'A History of Two Springfields'. On a new side note, remember when about the news when Kent Brockman proclaimed 'Looks like we'll all become christian online dating sites in Jacksonville Florida, Calais Maine, Rollinsford, Gilbert MN, Hudson SD, Hinton taking golden showers tonight. a That's fucking funny.
I'm in the early workings of this theory which only occured in my opinion today when the thinking share of my brain interrupted the doing the job half of my brain in the center of driving to dicuss with it the theory for this slist ad.
I've in no way been comfortable south of Avoid. I just haven't My competent atmosphere was exhausting and discouraging. I get lost. People try to sell me stoves with cracked tonneau covers. The wrong things get said and heard and the lights are always red. The charm may be sanitized out west, and nothing may be sanitized back east. There's a whole backflow of negative energy coursing through the south the ends on Dodge Street, with the rare different. One of which is Netties Alright Mexican Food. I sure pass up Netties.
North of Dodge things are better personally. They make sense. All the lights turn green just for me, and I personally individual the intersection at xnd Saint. Employment goes much easier for me out here. There's less faults, less pressure and it's very nearly fun. Almost. The trees are generally nicer, the grass is greener and also the street names are much a lot more hip. Maple, Blondo, Military, Fort, Western. Beats the hell from Poppleton or Dorcas or This tree or Vinton anyday. Grover is actually ok, I guess.
I believe the attitudes are better, as well. Women are less crazy Northern of Dodge, I think. Men really are a little less misogynistic and uncouth. Once again, the exceptions, and it's in contrast to I've got any evidence to be able to back this up, but it's my damn slist ad and if you do not like it you can just post your own along with the other weirdos.
It's just a more laid back environment North involving Dodge. To the Southeast it's grungy, to the Southwest it can be greedy. Out West it's sterile and judgemental, and back East there's a type of perverted charm that I locate disconcerting. Downtown is a different animal altogether and is also exempt from my blatant, absurd stereotyping. They might have better restaurants to the south, so I'll go there to consume, but I won't bring lower back any leftovers.
I've never really associated with anyone living South of Avoid, and a move across that dividing line has almost always destroyed the relationship.
Crossroads... worthless. Southroads? So lame they turned it right into a financial services company hub.
So, should you live North of Dodge(but not too far) you should 'get at me', as the petulant youths of the generation following mine often declare. What it do, what it's, etc. We could do some cool north of Dodge stuff like hang out at Memorial Park while we scoff at the losers at Elmwood. We could thumb our noses because silly fools eating at McDonalds whereas we enjoy our much classier Burger King across the street at xth St. Mama's pizza is preferable to Lansky's, too. We can shop at the superior Targets, too. There's lots more, but dinner's ready.
Have a great night.
